Justin Wade Twilley, 33 of Centre, was arrested at Harbin’s Market in Cave Spring this week after he was found with drugs during a traffic stop.
Reports stated that Twilley then proceeded to take a pill bottle containing 14 schedule IV pills, a marijuana pipe and marijuana inside the jail.
Twilley is charged with two counts of possession of drug related objects, possession of marijuana, open container, two counts of crossing a guard line with drugs, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled IV substance, Window tint violation, driving on an expired tag, and probation violation.
