A Collinsville man was arrested and charged in connection to enticing a child and indecent exposure, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Charles Eugene Underwood, 46, was arrested and charged with one count of enticing a child for immoral purposes, a felony, and one count of indecent exposure, a misdemeanor,” Captain Josh Morgan said.
Underwood allegedly exposed himself to a 13 year-old female and attempted to entice her into a vehicle for immoral purposes. The incident occurred in the Tabor Community.
He is being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on $10,000 cash bond.
