Three Rome teens were arrested on Wednesday after a four-wheeler accident in which another person was injured while the driver was drinking.

Richard Tyler Pope, 18 of Silver Creek, is accused of trespassing on private property owned by the Silver Creek Hunting Club while driving a four-wheeler under the influence of alcohol.

Reports added that he was accused of being involved in an accident that left someone injured.

Pope is charged with criminal trespass, DUI and underage possession of alcohol.

Graisen Jade Harris, 18, and Charles Brett Barker, 17, both of Rome, were also arrested at the scene and charged with criminal trespass.
