Justin Tylor Huie, 18 of Rome, was arrested on Monday after he allegedly enticed a 13 year-old girl to have sexual intercourse with him.
Reports said that Huie picked the 13 year-old girl up from her home and then proceeded to take her to his Loveless Street residence after numerous requests from him to have sexual relations. Reports said that Huie then encouraged the child to be in possession of marijuana.
Huie is charged with enticing a child for indecent purposes, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and interference with custody.
