Darrell Lamar Wise, 28 of Rome, was arrested in Rome on Wednesday after police said they found two bricks of marijuana weighing close to 2 pounds that was packaged for resale.
Reports said that Wise was also found with baggies and scales, along with $227 in cash.
Wise is charged with two counts of the purchase, possession or distribution of marijuana.
