Jonathan Daniel Foster, 21 of Rome, was arrested on Thursday after he allegedly told EMS officials that he was hit by a vehicle at the investigation of West Third Street and 2nd Avenue, when in fact he was not.
Reports said that the call was actually the result of a domestic altercation.
Foster is charged with the false report of a crime and request for ambulance service when not reasonably needed.
