Three individuals, two of whom were from Floyd County were arrested in Cherokee County, Alabama this week.
Jeremy Randolph McCord, age 33 of Cedar Bluff, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and with Attempting to Elude; meanwhile, Kasie LeCroy, age 36, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Truitt Clifford Alford IV, 21 – was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
McCord was booked into jail at 5:30pm, LeCroy at around 4:00pm – and both remain in jail, awaiting setting of bond.
Alford was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just before 5:00pm, and was released at 9:00 that night after making bond of $1,000.
