A Scottsboro , Alabama man was booked into the Floyd County Jail over the weekend after he was accused of trafficking synthetic marijuana in Rome. John Davis Foster IV, 27, was charged with possession 902 grams of the drug at a gas station on Gadsden Road back on November 24, 2016.
Law states that possessing four grams of the drug results in a trafficking.
Foster is charged with trafficking synthetic marijuana and two counts of possession of synthetic marijuana.
