James Michael Zachry, 45 of Rome, was arrested Sunday after he allegedly caused bodily harm to a 46 year-old woman and her elderly mother.
Reports stated that after Zachry made contact with the 46 year-old he proceeded to make the woman’s elderly mother fall to the ground.
Authorities added that the attack occurred in front of a juvenile witness.
Zachry is charged with battery, simple assault, cruelty to children and criminal trespass.
