Gaylesville Man Arrested for Writing Bad Checks in Rome

Dustin Ray Cavin, 32 of Gaylesville, was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly wrote a check to GMC Pharmacy that he knew would not be honored.

Reports stated that Cavin wrote a check back on December 31^st for $44.96.

Cavin is charged with deposit account fraud.
