A tractor trailer crashed into a house on Highway 411 at around 1:15 Friday morning.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency that wreck occurred at the intersection of 411 and County Road 69 taking down power lines and other information lines.

Early reports indicated a total of five injuries – four in the house and one in the truck.

No details regarding the extent of those injuries have yet been made available.

Cherokee Co op crews quickly responded to the scene and restored power to those affected in a short period of time; Charter Spectrum customers were left without services for several hours before it was finally restored just before 2:00.
