Mindy Sue Baker, 38 of Rome, was arrested on Thursday after she allegedly stole four 7 ounce cans of Dust Destroyer from Staples.
Reports said that when police began to detain her she attempted to flee on foot. She was quickly apprehended after a brief chase.
Baker is charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement and theft by shoplifting.
