Willie Roger Montgomery, 30 of Rome, was arrested on Saturday after he allegedly physically injured a 62 year-old man on at a home on Church Street.
Reports stated that Montgomery caused “visible bodily harm” by “pushing a door with enough force to split his eye brow open”.
Montgomery is charged with battery.
