Robert Avery Garrett, 29 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after he crashed his vehicle into a ditch on Reeceburg Road then proceeded to walk away, leaving the scene.
Reports stated that EMS was later dispatched to his home so that he could be treated for injuries.
Reports went on to state that after being taken to a local hospital he began to curse at the hospital staff.
Garrett is charged with DUI, hit and run, failure to maintain lane and disorderly conduct.
