Wesley Chad Lipsey, 31 of Rome, an inmate at the Floyd County Jail was hit with additional charges on Wednesday of being a fugitive on the run.
Reports stated that Lispey was wanted for crimes out of Cherokee County, Alabama.
Lispey has been housed in the Floyd County Jail since October.
