Devin Washington has been named Organizational Development Specialist at Floyd. In his new role, he will be responsible for coordinating new employee orientation and assisting in the administration of employee education, and will be involved in rewarding and recognizing employees.

Washington earned a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Before coming to Floyd, he was a human resources assistant at Amazon in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
