Authorities have released the identities of the six people, four of which were young children, who died in a mobile home fire in Trion on Sunday. Reports stated that those that died were identified as Bradley Jones, 29, Demi J. Jones, 22, their children Clair M. Jones, 5, Lola R. Jones, 3,Olivia J. Jones, 3 months and their 5 year-old niece/cousin Jada M. Kendrick.
Six people are dead as a result of a mobile home fire in Trion on Sunday night. Reports stated that two adults and four children were killed around 11 pm in the Airport subdivision. Authorities said on Monday that the ages of the children who died were those of two 5-year-old girls, a 3-year-old girl and a 3-month-old girl.
Authorities said on Monday that the two adults that were killed was husband and wife, but did not confirm any relation of the children.
Chattooga authorities also stated on Monday that the fire started when the owner of the home improperly installed a wood heater.
