A domestic dispute at the Cartersville Medical Center this week led to the arrest of a man wanted for over a dozen charges including sexual assault. Reports stated that Javar Wilson, 35 of South Carolina, and a female were both checked into the ER to be seen when Wilson was seen hitting the woman in the face with his fist.
Reports state the woman informed a deputy that Wilson had given the hospital a fake name to keep his identity hidden. An investigation then uncovered his real name and his warrant information.
Authorities stated that when the deputy went to talk to Javar, he had fled.
The BCSO learned that Javar was an absconded sex offender who had been staying in Bartow County at the Guest House on East Felton Road.
Officials were then able to locate Javar on Felton. He again allegedly lied about his name to the arresting deputy.
He is now facing giving a false name to a law enforcement officer in Bartow County.
