A convicted felon, Taylor Alexander Boyd, 24 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome on Monday after being found with a .410 shotgun.
Reports stated that officers found Boyd with the gun and six shells at 18 Riverbend Drive.
He is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
