Two employees of Check into Cash in Summerville have been arrested for allegedly stealing money from work. Reports stated that Annie Marie Powell and Mackenzie Joyane Tucker were both charged with theft by taking and first degree forgery after $9,000.00 went missing from the business.
Both are accused of signing fake loan applications in the names of former customers and taking the cash for themselves.
