Talya Nachisa Pollard, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after she broke a window and mirror of a victim’s truck. Reports said that she also bit the victim, causing visible injury to his chest.
Authorities added that the altercation occurred in front of a 20 month old child.
Pollard is charged with battery, criminal damage to property and cruelty to children.
