Brandon Shayne Sullins, 24 of Rome, was transported from the DeKalb County jail in Alabama back to Floyd County this week to face an aggravated assault charge. Reports said that Sullins allegedly shot at a woman who was walking down the road on Butler Street back on June 12th.
Reports added that Sullins was driving a vehicle when he slowed down and fired his weapon at the victim.
Sullins is charged with aggravated assault.
