The Seventh District Masonic Convention will be in Rome this weekend.   According to event organizers, an estimated 300 to 400 masons from all over north Georgia will be in town to attend the meeting at the Cherokee Masonic Lodge.


This will be the 119th annual convention of the group,


The organization will round out the weekend with honoring 19 people with scholarships for college or trade school. Each child will receive scholarships for $1,000.
