Bartow County authorities confirmed that 56 year-old David Holland, of Aragon, was killed in industrial accident at Shaw Industries Plant 15 on Highway 411 Saturday. Reports said that when emergency officials arrived they found Holland trapped in a machine and showed no signs of life.
Shaw officials said that they will be conducting an investigation into what resulted in the death.
Susan Farris, a Shaw Industries spokeswoman, said that “our thoughts and prayers are with the family of our associate.”
