One Killed in Motorcycle Accident

According to Bartow County emergency responders, a wreck involving a motor cycle, driven by Gena L. Franklin, 53 of White, and a truck, driven by Kayla B. Walker, 18 of CArtersville, has resulted in Franklin being killed. Reports said that the motorcycle and truck collided on Highway 411 at Cassville-White Road.

Reports said that a medical helicopter was dispatched to the scene; however, White went into cardiac arrest and died upon arrival at Cartersville Medical Center.

Georgia State Patrol troopers said that Walker told them that she saw the motorcycle approaching, and thought it had its right blinker on and that it was turning right toward Cass White Road. However, the truck entered the intersection to attempt a left turn toward highway 411 northbound. The motorcycle struck the driver’s side of the Ranger with its front.

As always, it is crucial that the utmost amount of care is taken when driving high danger vehicles such as motorcycles so that fewer incidents of this nature occur. However, if you do find yourself caught up in an accident similar to this one, you might want to make sure that you’ve got someone like a motorcycle accident attorney Los Angeles right by your side. They may be able to give you the guidance and support you need with any legal process that you have to go through.
