A Floyd County Grand Jury indicted Robert Jefferson Reed, of Dawson, Alabama, for vehicular homicide. Reports said that Reed was driving on Foster’s Mill Road when his car left the road and went down an embankment. The wreck resulted in the death of Reed’s 57 year-old mother Jo Ann Reed.
The wreck occurred back in 2014.
