Bartow County officials have confirmed that the woman killed in a wreck last weekend on U.S. 41 at Red Top Mountain was that of 21 year-old Caitlyn Smith of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
A male patient was transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital for treatment.
Emerson police said that excess speed and alcohol contributed to the accident.
