Rome City Schools held their monthly board meeting Tuesday night and in the process said that ELOST 4 collections during the month of October were over $6,000 less than anticipated. They added that collections this year total $427,759, which is $6,241 less than the projected. Year-to-date collections are also $329,129 less than the projected.
Superintendent Michael Buck said that October is generally a slower month on collections, but did say that numbers were better than last year at that same time.
