DeKalb County Chief Michael Edmondson reports the arrest of Constable Kneeley Pack, 42 of Fort Payne. Deputies went to Pack`s residence to serve a Writ of Restitution/Possession Order which is a move out order to give the home owner possession of the residence. Once Deputies made contact with Pack he became unruly and uncooperative and tried to prevent them from serving a court order. At which time Pack was arrested for Obstructing Government Operations.

Edmondson states `The Deputies are tasked with serving court orders on a daily biases. Anytime we receive a court order signed by a judge we are bound by the State Laws to follow that order. If anyone tries to hinder the service of a court order they will be arrested.`
