Georgia Foreclosures up last Month

According to RealtyTrac and its U.S. Foreclosure
Market Report, forclosure`s in Georgia were up again
in February. The peach state is ninth in the country for the number
of forclosures, up from tenth in January. Last month, there
were 12,177 filings, which includes default notices, scheduled
auctions and bank repossessions.
The February numbers are up 8 percent over Janaury 2010. amd
20 percent over February 2009.
The U.S. reported 308,524 property forclosures last month.
