Part of Zion Farms Sold

Close to 36 acres of Zion Farms in Floyd County has been sold to
an individual by Citizens First Bank. The deal was closed on Friday,
but the name of the buyer or the selling prive was not disclosed.
Citizens First Bank recently accpeted a deed on the land in lieu of
forclosure and listed the saleing price at $675,000.
The site includes the estate’s main barn, office building, old stables and other buildings that had been rented for corpo-rate meetings, weddings and other celebrations.
