Lachaz Monique Lunceford, 38 of Hinesville, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after she allegedly conspired with three others to sneak contraband into the Floyd County Prison.

Reports said that Lunceford sent a Western Union money transfer to Hailey Harrell to purchase contraband that would be smuggled into the prison.

Reports added that the contraband was later found to be four unopened plastic bags containing 34 ounces of tobacco. Authorities said that the money was done from instructions given by Benjamin Roque. A second inmate, Charles Harrell, had agreed to smuggle the items into the prison.

Lunceford is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and items prohibited by an inmate.
