Joshua Clayton Cohely, 43 of Shannon, was arrested this week after he allegedly gave a man 5 fake $50 bills in exchange for a dirt bike and tires.
Reports added that Cohely then took $600 from a victim when he promised to sell him a motorcycle. Reports went on to say that Cohely took the money under false pretenses.
Cohely is charged with two counts first degree forgery and theft by deception.
