Julie Evelyn Bodine, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole a vehicle on Morningside Drive and proceeded to back into another vehicle before fleeing the scene.
Reports stated that the incidents occurred back on December 30th.
Bodine is charged with hit and run, theft by taking and failure to appear.
