Crystal Gail Smith, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she illegally used another person’s bank card to make over $1,100 in purchases.
Reports added that police found the victim’s identity on her while investigating the crime. She was also found to be in possession of a meth and a smoking pipe.
The alleged fraud occurred at numerous locations around Rome. She was captured on camera using the victim’s card at Walgreens.
Smith is charged with identity fraud, possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and financial transaction card fraud.
