Heather Nicole Ramos, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she stole energy from Georgia Power.
Reports said that Ramos used jumper cables to bypass the power meter, which caused a fire at her mobile home on McHenry Drive.
Ramos is charged with theft of services.
