David Paul Kolodzej, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week, after he was nearly struck by a vehicle as he walked across the road between the Royal and Relax Inn on Martha Berry Blvd
Reports said that when officers arrived on scene Kolodzej allegedly attempted to destroy his meth pipe.
Kolodzej is charged with possession of meth, obstruction, not crossing on a crosswalk and failure to appear.
