Brian Ranard Wiggins, 33 of Lyerly, was arrested this week after police said they found him to be in possession of a large quantity of numerous drugs including meth, Xanax, marijuana and heroin.

Reports added that Wiggins also allegedly tossed a large amount of heroin on the ground.

He was additionally found with a digital scale.

The arrest occurred at mile marker 17 on Highway 100.

Wiggins is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, three counts trafficking meth, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of marijuana, two counts possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, abandonment of dangerous drugs.
