Before day break on December 21, 2018 the DeKalb County Special Response Team executed a search/arrest warrant at 47989 US Hwy 11 Valley Head along with the Alabama State Bureau of Investigations, Georgia Bureau of Investigations, and Dade County Sheriff’s Office.
This search warrant/arrest warrant originated from a homicide that took place in Dade County GA and is currently being investigated by the Dade County Sheriff’ Office.
Samuel Street 72 of Valley Head was taken into custody and charged with murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of felony, these warrants were obtained by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations. Street was transported to the DeKalb County Detention Center and is awaiting extradition to Dade County Georgia.
