Robert Mobbs, 47, of Rome was arrested this week for being in possession of drugs and obstructing a police officer.

According to police, during a traffic stop on May 17, 2017, Mobbs was found to be driving with a suspended license. Mobbs refused to comply with orders from the police officer to exit his car. He then drove off from the traffic stop and was driving at very high speeds.
