Cory Eugene, 39, of Stone Mountain was arrested this week for having contraband.
According to police, Eugene, who is an inmate at Floyd County Prison, was found with items that are not allowed to inmates.
Eugene was found with a cell phone, a homemade charging unit, and an extra battery. The extra battery seemed to fit a second cell phone later found in Eugene’s laundry bag.
Eugene is charged with felony possession of items prohibited to inmates.
