Anthony Blake Hampton, 22 of Dalton, was jailed this week after being accused of burglarizing Prater Ford on South Wall Street in Calhoun.
Reports said that Hampton stole a 2017 Ford Mustang, a 2018 F 150 and another unidentified vehicle after breaking into the dealership and rummaging though the offices.
While being questioned by police Hampton told police that he was only a passenger in the thefts.
Hampton is charged with felony burglary, theft by taking, four counts of theft of a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, possession and use of drug-related objects and driving without insurance. He is also wanted on an active warrant out of Floyd County on a theft of a motor vehicle charge.
