Mark Winfrord Poole, 50 of Armuchee, was jailed this week after police said he threatened his 80 year-old father with physical violence.
Reports added that Poole also threatened to kill two others before dragging their dead bodies to the woods.
Poole is charged with simple assault, three coutns terroristic threats and acts and intimidation of the elderly.
