Cierra Nichell Jackson, 29 of Rome, was arrested in the Walgreens parking lot after she allegedly lied to investigators about the whereabouts of a wanted fugitive.
Reports said that Jackson had been in contact with the wanted man for close to two weeks.
Jackson is charged with hindering the apprehension of a criminal and parole violation.
