Marissa Nicole Couch, 25 of Rome, was jailed this week after police said she was struggling to walk around the Cooper Drive and Homes Road area. Reports stated that Couch allegedly entered a truck on the lot of Lloyd’s Rome Towing and Auto repair with the intent to commit theft.
Couch is charged with felony entering auto and the misdemeanors pedestrian under the influence and disorderly conduct.
