Juan Villeda, 17, of Rome was arrested this week for charging multiple financial transactions on a stolen credit card.
According to police, Villeda used a credit card, without the permission of the owner, on ten different financial transactions totaling $197.90.
Villeda is charged with felony financial transaction card fraud.
