James Fondaw, 33, of Rome was arrested at Floyd Hospital this week after being found with drugs.
According to police, Fondaw went to Floyd for health issues. When he went to enter the behavioral suites, he was searched by security where methamphetamine was found in his wallet.
Fondaw is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine.
