Shawn McGrath, 29, of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania was arrested in Rome this week for stealing from Home Depot.

According to police, McGrath stole multiple items from Home Depot with the intention of then selling the stolen items. When police stopped McGrath, he was in possession of a stolen Georgia driver’s license. His own driver’s license was suspended.

McGrath was also found to be in possession of a needle filled with a controlled substance.

McGrath is charged with felony fencing of a retail property, felony theft by shoplifting, felony theft by receiving, felony identity fraud, felony possession of a controlled substance, and driving with a suspended license.
