Fred Collins, 40, of Silver Creek was arrest this week for being in possession of drugs and a firearm.
According to police reports, during the commission of a search warrant, Collins was found to be in possession of a firearm and marijuana.
Collins is charged with felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana.
