John Mullinax, 66, of Cave Spring for hitting another and causing visible injuries.
According to police, Mullinax hit the female victim multiple times in her face, causing visible marks, bleeding from her lip and mouth, and her left eye to be swollen and bruised.
Mullinax is charged with battery.
